In the summer of 2007, while traveling in Stockholm, Sweden, Clumsy Cat Music heard the band and on April 2008 their debut album "theAristocrats" was released by Sony/BMG.
In March 2008 they added members Michele Benincaso (double bass), Edith Lundahl (mandolin) and Mattias Olsson (drums).
Over the years the band has been a recurring and appreciated act on the Swedish live scenes and now, in the spring of 2010, theAristocrats will begin recording their next album with American folk songs, pre-war blues and country. The album will be recorded at Decibel Studios in Stockholm and it's due for release in autumn 2010.
